About the role
We are seeking a visionary leader to establish and scale a new business unit focused on Cloud Services, AI Solutions, and Data Analytics. This role reports directly to the CTO and is responsible for setting strategy, building teams, and driving growth across cutting-edge technology domains.

In this role, you will:
Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute go-to-market strategies for cloud, AI, and data solutions.
- Build and manage high-performing teams across sales, presales, engineering, and customer success.
- Identify and develop new revenue streams through innovative service offerings.
Service Development & Delivery
- Oversee design and deployment of cloud, AI, and analytics platforms.
- Ensure service scalability, reliability, and security with best-in-class practices.
- Establish SLAs, KPIs, and operational processes for long-term sustainability.
Client Engagement
- Partner with sales and marketing to acquire and retain enterprise clients.
- Lead client consultations to deliver tailored solutions that address business needs.
- Maintain strong vendor and technology partner relationships.
Innovation & Growth
- Stay ahead of market trends in cloud, AI, and analytics.
- Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous learning.
- Champion internal adoption of AI-driven tools and decision-making.
You'll be a great fit if you have:
- 10-15 years of experience in total working in commercial (sales/marketing) in any related IT/technology areas, with at least 5 years of experience in leading cross-functional teams and scaling new IT/tech business units (AI, cloud, cybersecurity).

Strategic thinker with go-to-market and P&L management experience.
Strong expertise in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and strong English proficiency.
