Personal Assistant to Head of Property Development & Operation Non-Mall

Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.

Organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, visas, and itineraries.

Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and act as the first point of contact on behalf of the executive.

Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.

Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless communication and follow-up.

Perform personal errands and tasks as required, maintaining flexibility and confidentiality.

Track expenses, process reimbursements, and assist with budget management.

Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues to support executive efficiency.
