To maintain and operate the Charging and Billing System, including be a system integration, Billing testing, and configuration.Job Description
Role & Responsibilities:
Configure prepaid and promotional features to align with marketing requirements.
Test the correctness of postpaid configurations before sending them to customers.
Verify and generate billing information, including discounts, promotions, and customer profiles.
Cross-check bill samples and summarize e-billing and printing.
Perform the first level of fixing billing errors by identifying the root cause of the error.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Applied Math or a related field.
More 4 year of experience in the testing programming field.
Proficiency in programming skills such as Unix, SQL, Script, etc.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Ability to work in shift (days).
