Job Summary
To maintain and operate the Charging and Billing System, including be a system integration, Billing testing, and configuration.
Job Description
Role & Responsibilities:
- Configure prepaid and promotional features to align with marketing requirements.
- Test the correctness of postpaid configurations before sending them to customers.
- Verify and generate billing information, including discounts, promotions, and customer profiles.
- Cross-check bill samples and summarize e-billing and printing.
- Perform the first level of fixing billing errors by identifying the root cause of the error.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Applied Math or a related field.
- More 4 year of experience in the testing programming field.
- Proficiency in programming skills such as Unix, SQL, Script, etc.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to work in shift (days).
