Product Quality and Customer Window Officer

Our client is a leading global manufacturer of automotive parts.

Job Description:

  • Being the point of contact by the customer.
  • Handling the quality documents preparation and submission: PPAP, APQP, PSW, PCR/ECR, etc.
  • Being the 8D coordinator with customer and handling the internal follow up.
  • Investigating with team and updating with other plants (Customer complaint handling, IQIS input).
  • Handling the QMM ECR, Concession activity. Coordinate internal & Customers.
  • Supporting customer audit at company.
  • Participating on the determination of products specific characteristics (Customer touch point).
  • Providing support during trial event, inspection report, sample submission and co-check.
  • Providing monthly report to customers (Inspection report).
  • Supporting customer issued, internal issued, incoming issued with external warehouse.
  • Investigating parts (0-km claim, Internal Failure, and other Failure parts).
  • Leading the containment action (such as sorting and coordinate local 3rd party for sorting activities).
  • Handling the external cost report, safe launch management, DCC in CC-PS, LPC (Layer Process Confirmation) Lesson learn, and CPK & CMK support during new model phase event.
  • Providing support during new model phase event.
  • Supporting and handling tasks as assigned by superior or supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • B.A. Degree of Industrial Engineer or Relative field.
  • Having experience at least 3 years in automotive management manufacturing or related fields.
  • Quality Management System (QMS) has been trained for basic of ISO/TS 16949,IATF16949 and ISO14001.
  • Good command in English (Reading, Speaking and Listening).
  • Computer skill for all MS-Office.
  • Core Tools in QMS also trained for APQP, FMEA & Control Plan, MSA, SPC, PPAP and VDA,CSR's.
