Your tasks
- Ensure product quality meets internal and customer specifications
- Manage customer complaints and claimed parts
- Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate PPAP/PSW for new projects and changes
- Develop and update PFMEA and Control Plans
- Support internal and external audits
- Lead quality activities for engineering changes and ramp-up
- Monitor suppliers and corrective actions
- Oversee inspection staff competency
Your Profile
- Bachelor degree in engineering or relevant field
- Work experience: 6-8 years
- Comprehensive knowledge of problem-solving methods (e.g., 8D, Six Sigma)
- Comprehensive knowledge of statistical methods
- Extensive knowledge of automotive core tools (SPC, MSA, FMEA, Control Plan, APQP, and PPAP)
- Knowledge of technical drawings and GD&T
- Basic knowledge of IATF 16949:2016 and VDA 6.3
- Languages: Thai and English
