Position Description

Report to: Operations Manager and DIM (Dealer Inventory Management)
Work Location: K.M. 21
Responsibilities:

  • Manage back order recovery in order to meet the right time and the right quantity for dealers
  • Operate with various functions such as material management, Manufacturing, Purchasing and suppliers to provide ETA information for all dealer orders classes
  • Operate with dealers for time plan orders to minimize inbound cost
  • Assist dealers for back order recovery solutions
  • Lead investigation on any deviations related to dealer orders
  • Operate with CDC (Central Distribution Center) or RDC (Regional Distribution Center) to reduce discrepancy of imported parts.
  • Issue discrepancy claim on time and control discrepancy parts storage time in warehouse
  • Manage exportation documentation for smooth export logistics such as buy back, discrepancy parts return
  • Operate and lead meeting with freight forwarders to meet lead time performance and solve issues
  • Analyze root causes and solve problems in case effect from back order recovery, ETA import & export
  • Be contact point and collaborates with customers service functions in overseas operations
  • Initiate standard operation procedure and work instruction for customer service functions
  • Be back up person in operations team such as Order handling, Shipping administration
  • Generate ideas for continuous improvement in operational functions
  • Escalate back order recovery, import and export issues to cross functional meeting
  • Provide essential reports which are related to import and export for dealers such as order confirmation

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree / MBA in Supply chain
  • Min 5 years experiences in freight forwarding or Import/Export,(Automotive parts would be advantage)
  • Experiences in purchasing, freight management or project management
  • Excellence in MS excel, Power point and Power BI (would be advantage)
  • High presentation skill
  • High negotiation skill
  • Fluency in English
  • Prioritize, Proactive and Initiate
  • Strong human relations and communication skill
  • Self-confidence, self-driven, energetic and positive attitude
  • High service mind and sense of urgency
