Job Purposes
Perform and support tenant relation, along with participate in building and maintaining relationship with tenants following property management strategies to advance retail revenue, profitability, operations, and sustainability
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Liaise with tenants to assume daily point of contact for retailer relationship management
- Participate in building and maintaining closer relationship with tenants to ensure effective relation and support business goals
- Provide important information to the tenants on all operational matters to align with standards of products and services, and support business operations effectively
- Provide advice to tenants on relevant topics such as shop concept, image, merchandise, selling strategies and services to ensure and support effective operations and create alignment
- Gather and analyze tenant satisfaction surveys to improve operations and identify ways to support tenants appropriately
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- Minimum of 0-3 years of responsible experience
- Understand business administration and property management
- Have good communication skills
- Have good human relations
- Have good computer skills
- Be able to coordinate
