Job Description:

Our client is a leading Electrical Products and Solutions Provider in Thailand.

Position: Sales Manager (HV Electrical Products)

Type of Hiring: Permanent

Working: 5 Days/Week (Monday - Friday)

Location: Bangkok Area

Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive growth for HV products in Thailand.
  • Align local sales strategies with global and regional business objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target sectors, including electrical utilities (EGAT, PEA, MEA), EPCs, and Industrial customers.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Optimize sales resources to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Foster a high-performance sales culture with a focus on customer-centric solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for major clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate and close high-value contracts with key clients.
  • Manage profit and loss (P&L) for the HV sales unit, ensuring both qualitative and quantitative targets are met.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to optimize pricing and sales strategies.
  • Monitor sales performance and report key metrics to senior management.
  • Collaboration & Cross-functional Engagement
  • Work closely with internal teams, including engineering, marketing, and product management, to align sales efforts.
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to leverage best practices and resources.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree is a plus).
  • 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in high-voltage (HV) products or power transmission & distribution.
  • Proven track record of sales leadership, team management, and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of HV products, power transmission, and distribution market.
  • Experience working with utilities, EPCs, and industrial clients.
  • Familiarity with HV products such as circuit breakers, transformers, switchgear, and other electrical equipment.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in P&L management.
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies in a competitive market.
  • Fluent in English and Thai (both written and spoken).
  • Willingness to travel within Thailand and occasionally overseas.
