Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Lead Brand & Launch Planning – Prepare and deliver content for Integrated Brand and Launch Teams, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Execute & Monitor Plans – Implement and track tactical plans to drive brand growth, ensuring compliance with SOPs and the Code of Conduct.
Develop Promotional Activities – Create and roll out impactful, compliant marketing initiatives tailored to the Thai market.
Manage Budgets & Forecasts – Oversee budgets, forecasts, and expenses, optimising the marketing mix for cost-effectiveness and results.
Gather Market Insights – Identify opportunities and trends through customer interactions and competitor monitoring, taking corrective action when needed.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Partner with Marketing and Medical teams to maximise campaign effectiveness.
Engage Stakeholders – Build relationships with centers of excellence, KOLs, and OLs in relevant therapeutic areas.
Address Patient Needs – Understand and address the needs of different patient segments to inform targeted strategies.
What you’ll bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field
3–5 years’ experience in product or brand management within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, ideally in the Thai market.
Proven track record in developing and executing marketing plans that deliver measurable results.
Strong understanding of the healthcare environment, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards.
Skilled in budget management, sales forecasting, and performance analysis.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence across functions and build strong stakeholder relationships.
Fluent in Thai and proficient in English, both written and spoken.
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and the agility to adapt in a fast-changing market
