Job Description
The VCA team in Thailand is looking for a client consulting analyst who can
Support a team of experienced professionals in delivering strategic consulting services to key Visa clients.
Complete detailed analysis on client data and identify preliminary trends and themes in the data with some guidance.
Conduct market research and data analysis to identify insights in the payment industry.
Support the development of client specific presentations by adapting templates for unique client scenarios and needs.
Support senior consultants in developing and delivering high-quality advisory solutions to clients, such as business strategy, product development and pricing, customer segmentation and customer experience improvement.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
5 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in consulting, Payment industry, digital payments or banking preferred.
- Strategic and analytical thinking with a strong attention to detail that leverages multiple sources of information.
- Ability to understand and start to disaggregate problem statement into distinct pieces of analysis.
- Use and adapt templates for unique client scenarios, optimizing structure to demonstrate plus articulate key messages.
- Ability to execute quantitative and qualitative analysis with some guidance. Basic takeaways from the data plus starting to craft storyline.
- Ensure data quality and leverage data to support decision-making in project management.
- Strong team player with a willingness to collaborate across levels and functional experts.
- Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to adapt.
- Proficient and ideally a power-user of spreadsheet and presentation tools.
- An interest in payments, financial institutions or consumer lending a plus.
- An affinity for payments technology, FinTech and digital.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
