Design and manage end-to-end financial products for SME customers.
Prioritize product backlog, run agile sprints, and deliver features with real customer impact.
Analyze customer behavior and product performance to drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with Tech, UX/UI, Risk, Compliance, and Marketing teams.
Conduct UAT, track KPIs, and report product performance to leadership.
Research market trends and identify opportunities for innovation.
What we're looking for.
Bachelor's or Master s in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
3-5 years in product management, fintech, SME lending, Banking or merchant platform.
Strong understanding of SME customer needs and banking products.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
Data-driven, customer-first mindset with strong communication skills.
Fluent in Thai and English.
