Responsibilities
- Daily Monitor Picking Accuracy and take actions to minimize and prevent the picking errors
- Control the receipt, picking, loading of products according to the Work Instruction, Safety policy, Quality policy and other company standards
- Manage of claim performance not to exceed the targets
- Perform Stages Control Inbound, Distribution, Outbound
- Perform control in all areas (Pallets not mixed store, Cleanness of the area, Pallets in correct palletize pattern, Pallets are in good wrapped ect.,)
- Follow up that the times for the start of the shift, the break and the lunch are respected according to the agreed and confirmed time schedules
- Performance Dialogues with your staff on daily base
- Support the activities of the Operation area where necessary
Requirements
- At least 2 years of working experiences in logistics, supply chain Management or retail business
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Computer knowledge in areas of Microsoft Office (MS Excel (advance) is a must), E-mail, and Internet.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication both in Thai and English
