Position: Customer Service and Operation Supervisor
Location: 111 Building, Lumphini, Pathum Wan, Bangkok
Reports to: Customer Service Manager
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the customer service and operation department of the Thai company's import and export full container load shipping; 2. Participate in the development and implementation of the company's standards and related processes for maritime customer service and operations;
3. Daily sea freight booking, providing shippers with dynamic consultation on goods, and preparing import and export related documents;
4. Tasks assigned by other leaders
Mandatory Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above
2. Experience: Experience: 1-2 years of NVOCC/freight forwarding customer service operation experience (logistics/trade industry preferred)
3. Skills:
-Familiar with the local sea freight booking process in Thailand.
-Proficient in using accounting software (such as SAP, Oracle, or local software)
-Intermediate or above Excel skills (pivot tables, function formulas)
4. Language: Thai (mother tongue), English can be used for communication and work.
Preferred Qualifications:
-Have experience in freight forwarding/NVOCC operations
-Proficient in both English and Chinese
