Our Marketing Department at Bangkok is looking for an all rounder Marketing leader with expertise in Thai market to join us as;
MARKETING MANAGER THAILAND
The purpose of the Marketing Manager is to develop and execute marketing plans for key labels/sub-brands within the Triumph brand architecture in line with the global Brand Marketing strategy.
The purpose of the Marketing function is to develop and drive the execution of the marketing plan for Triumph brand and sub-brands across the country. This includes working with internal and external agencies to ensure central development and local execution of effective, innovative, on-brand and aligned marketing programs across the region that yield the highest possible ROI (share, position, equity and footfall/sales) long- and short term.
Organization and key relationships
The Marketing Manager reports to Regional Senior Marketing Manager SEA. The position is based at the Thailand Commercial office.
- Plan and execute the roll-out of brand & marketing campaigns (including adaptation of global/regional concepts to local country level) determining launch strategies, overseeing the execution of the campaign and visual merchandising across different channels and ensuring on-brand execution
- Align with the regional directives, build and manage the local country brand & marketing strategy, corresponding calendar and budget from 360 global/regional marketing initiatives to local seasonal marketing activities (e.g., country specific festivals, on-sale and promotions communications etc.)
- Manage all brand & marketing and visual merchandising related vendors
- Manage production (including translation from English to Thai) of marketing collaterals and visual merchandising in connection with various product and promotion initiatives
- Manage own social media channels (Facebook, Instagram & Line) including content translation and posting, to engage with target audiences and drive brand awareness.
- Partner with the country teams (Sales, Merchandising, Assortment, EC, Finance, etc.) to build and execute the Go-to-Market plan that drive consumer engagement, footfall and brand loyalty
- Partner with sales team to help build out robust retail marketing communications and drive sales growth
- Liaison and collaborate with external parties including partnership and landlords for In-store media, activities and promotions
- Manage all PR related activities, i.e. planning, coordination, execution, reporting, etc
- Provide guidance on marketing strategies with e-tailors enablers (such as Lazada & Shopee) to drive sales through online platforms.
- Conduct ongoing performance analysis and coordinate all marketing materials for reporting
- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve marketing objectives within brand & retail channels
- Oversee day-to-day global/regional marketing requests from regional/ global marketing team
The Marketing Manager will be measured on his/her ability to:
- Execute a strong marketing plan and growth strategies that yield the desired global/ local outcomes and ROI (market share, brand awareness, brand preference, media ROAS, share of search, footfall and sales).
- Manage key relationships to deliver against agreed objectives.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team and provide support to other departments.
- Diligent Budget Management
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in retail marketing and preferable in lingerie/apparel/fashion goods in Thailand market.
- Understanding of the female market and popular culture in Thailand is a must
- Fluent in Thai and English languages
- Background in working cross-functionally with the capability to build strong and collaborative relationships
- Experience with media planning, content creation, setting KPIs, and tracking results
- Experience with agency management and agency processes
- A degree in marketing, communication or business related qualification
- A creative individual who can work with extensive product ranges, multi-task and align to business and marketing plans
