Job Description
- Core responsibilities include relationship building, managing supply chain, including demand planning/ stock management, campaign promotion management and monitoring, running business analytics & suggesting solutions, ensuring operational performance is up to KPI set, and preparing required reports/ postmortem/ billings.
- Target setting alignment with marketing spend budget forecast with client and SSL to ensure the short-term and long-term targets are set and the action plan is carried out to forecast numbers and to hit the target.
- Maintain close relationships with clients and strategic partners. Ensure clients' issues are addressed and updated in a timely manner. Monthly meetings & daily communication with clients and the platform PIC is necessary.
- Manage marketing planning and execution by employing business analytics to recommend and execute marketing strategy for clients assigned to complement the client’s overall business planning within the price range approved by the client.
- Coordinate with internal departments: Operation team, E-Merchandising team, Content Marketing team, Customer Service team to make sure key elements are provided to each team to ensure key functions of these teams can be operated smoothly.
- Provide updates and coordination to Data Ops to prepare required reports and business analysis if needed.
- Prepare reports and conduct performance reviews with clients and the marketplace on a weekly or monthly basis.
- Maintained master product list accuracy and assisted Data Ops/ Finance process billings, such as statements, and claim invoices efficiently in a timely manner.
- Make sure stock allocation/ demand planning for the campaign is properly planned and carried out.
- Conduct a stock take and reconcile inventory reports.
- Strive to push new initiatives to improve all SOPs and processes
- Accurately list products on platforms and meet deadlines.
- Write engaging product descriptions, optimizing content for SEO.
- Ensure listings comply with platform guidelines.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams for consistent product presentation.
- Monitor and enhance listing performance to increase conversions.
- Stay updated on listing rules and best practices.
Job requirement
- At least a Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Professional Degree in any field, preferably in Supply Chain/Logistics Warehouse Management
- Min. 2 - 3 years of experience in the relevant field
- Solution-oriented, analytical, and attention to detail, able to work independently and as a team in a fast-paced environment
- Able to build/maintain/manage a team of specialists.
- Strong command of English with excellent communication and writing skills.

Pay: ฿20,000.00 - ฿35,000.00 per month
