Key Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with NXP Center of Excellence (CoE) located in China and Malaysia.
- Handling incoming documents scanning, archiving/filing.
- Act as focal point of contact for Financial Accounting, support local finance activities including (but not limited to):
Issue receipts
Redirect requests to responsible CoE if applicable
Handling withholding tax certificates
Take calls from local suppliers if needed.
Translating local documents to English
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
- 1-2 years of experience in finance.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to communication in English
- Knowledge and update in tax regulation
