We are seeking a highly motivated Inbound Sales Executive (Bangkok) to join our dynamic team at PIL. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in customer service management, with a focus on maintaining positive customer relations and ensuring smooth import operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, managing a portfolio of import customers and fostering long-term relationships.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with both key and new clients.
- Conduct regular visits, calls, and follow-ups with key clients to strengthen partnerships.
- Canvass cargo across all trades to achieve targets.
- Identify and follow up on potential import leads, particularly for clients seeking in-transit shipments.
- Negotiate and finalize deals with customers, ensuring favorable terms and securing long-term contracts.
- Conduct market research to uncover new opportunities for import business growth and assess competitive landscape.
- Coordinate with internal and overseas colleagues to ensure seamless shipment handling and timely delivery.
- Prepare sales reports, maintain accurate records of customer interactions, and track progress against targets.
- Support the Import Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales plans to meet import sales targets.
- Assist the Import Sales Manager with client outreach, presentations, and preparation of relevant data or reports.
MUST HAVE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Logistics, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in logistics or shipping.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
