Job Title: Human Capital Supervisor (Recruitment)

Job Purpose:
The Human Capital Supervisor Recruitment is responsible for coordinating and executing the recruitment process across all departments to ensure the timely hiring of qualified candidates. This role includes managing job vacancies, controlling the manpower budget by section, and maintaining recruitment records to support the operational and strategic staffing needs of Laguna Resort & Hotels.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Operations:
- Coordinate the full-cycle recruitment process: job posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Ensure all vacancies are aligned with the approved manpower plan and budget.
- Collaborate with department heads to confirm staffing requirements and manage vacancy status effectively.
- Maintain and regularly update the vacancy control report for all sections.
- Prepare and post job advertisements in accordance with company branding and recruitment standards.
- Conduct initial screening and interviews for frontline and entry-level roles; assist the Assistant Human Capital Manager with managerial-level recruitment.
- Maintain a structured and up-to-date candidate database for current and future staffing needs.
- Ensure job descriptions are regularly reviewed and accurately reflect role responsibilities before recruitment.
Administrative & Coordination:
- Monitor and control the recruitment budget, ensuring all hiring activities remain within approved financial limits.
- Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, job portals, and academic institutions for sourcing candidates.
- Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities, including interview notes, candidate evaluations, and hiring outcomes.
- Prepare and present regular recruitment reports and analytics.
Employee Relations Support:
- Assist in conducting reference and background checks for final candidates.
- Notify unsuccessful candidates promptly and professionally.
- Support the exit interview process and maintain documentation for turnover analysis.
- Promote a positive work culture by supporting company values, HR policies, and associate engagement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in recruitment or generalist HR roles, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, local labor regulations, and HR operations.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional environment.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
