- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring
- Coordinate with department heads to forecast hiring needs
- Lead employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
- Build and manage recruitment team performance
- Communicate clearly and professionally in English with both internal and external stakeholders
- Manage and oversee all processes related to visas, work permits, and immigration for foreign employees
- Supervise a team handling visa/work permit applications, renewals, and cancellations
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
- Strong command of English (both written and spoken)
- Familiarity with modern recruitment tools, platforms, and social media sourcing
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, Power Point, HR application
