Desk-one is a boutique co-working and co-learning space with 6 locations in Hong Kong. We focus on providing tranquility library-like working space, as well as private rooms for meetings and discussions, with the objective of enhancing work efficiency.
The Company and its affiliates are opening a pilot project near BTS On Nut of Bangkok in Q3 2025. We are looking for like-minded individual(s) to work on this start-up environment. Good opportunity to connect your local knowledge in Bangkok with other teammates working in Hong Kong.

Job Specifications
- Lead & assist in websites management, social media and marketing planning and promotion, with guidance/assistance from the Media team in Hong Kong
- Assist in preparation for new location soft opening
- Handle daily operations, customer bookings and shop duties
- Provide administrative and office support
Job Requirements
- Positive attitude, self-motivated are essential
- Able to communicate in average English (or Chinese) and of course in Thai
- Able to work effectively both in a team and independently
- (for Part-Time) Flexible work day, but minimum 12 work shifts available per month
- (for Full-Time) 5 or 6 days work week at your choice
- Fresh and recent graduates welcome to apply

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
- ดูแลและช่วยบริหารเว็บไซต์ โซเชียลมีเดีย และการวางแผนการตลาด (ร่วมกับทีมมีเดยจากฮ่องกง)
- ช่วยเตรียมความพร้อมสำหรับการเปิดทดลองให้บริการ (Soft Opening)
- ดูแลการจอง การต้อนรับลูกค้า และงานหน้าร้าน
- งานเอกสารทั่วไป และสนับสนุนงานในออฟฟิศ
คุณสมบัติที่ต้องการ:
- มีทัศนคติเชิงบวก กระตือรือร้น และสามารถทำงานได้ด้วยตัวเอง
- สื่อสารภาษาไทยได้ดี และสามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษหรือจีนในระดับพอใช้
- ทำงานเดี่ยวและทำงานร่วมกับคนอื่นได้ดี
- ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่
รูปแบบงาน:
Part-time : ขั้นต่ำ 12 กะต่อเดือน (สามารถเลือกวันทำงานได้ยืดหยุ่น)
Full-time : เลือกทำงาน 5 หรือ 6 วันต่อสัปดาห์ตามความสะดวก
