Channel Sales Manager-Permanent Placement
Summary
As the Channel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the company's channel sales strategy and expanding its network of resellers and partners. In this full-time role based in Bangkok, you will play a critical role in growing company's market share and revenue through innovative channel partnerships.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement the overall channel sales strategy to meet revenue targets.
Identify, onboard and manage a network of high-performing resellers and partners.
Negotiate and finalize channel partner agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
Provide training, sales support and marketing materials to channel partners.
Monitor channel partner performance and take corrective actions as needed.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create joint campaigns and lead generation
initiatives.
Analyse sales data and market trends to identify new channel opportunities.
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets through the channel.
Requirements
Open to Thai candidates only.
Working location: Bangkok.
Minimum 5 years of experience in channel sales or account manager, preferably in the
information technology or telecommunications industry.
Proven track record of building and managing a successful channel partner network.
Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with
partners.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to maximize channel performance.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as technology, business, or marketing.
Familiarity with sales pipeline and reporting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Experience in distributor or system integrator (SI) as sales manager will be an advantage.
Good in both Thai and English.

Pay: ฿70,000.00 - ฿90,000.00 per month
