Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Production planning for assigned products. Communicate requirements (forecast & orders) to Contract Manufactures, schedule according to business priorities, understand and work to break constraints, and provide various reporting functions on production schedules and output.
- Host meeting to review Constraint, Risk and Opportunity of Manufacturing plan with CM's team.
- Have detailed understanding of production constraints and work cross-functionally with CM and other Coherent resources to resolve (product engineering, IE, SCM, …)
- Host Monthly S&OP review for long term capacity plan with CM's team.
- Track Revenue for multiple product lines on a weekly basis.
- Track and monitoring change of Demand and Supply, escalate to Planning Manager.
- Review system MRP, generate PO and update schedule.
- Improve OTI/OTIP.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Management or Engineer fields (Supply Chain or related field is preferred)
- More than 2years experience (In Electronic Industrial is preferred) related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Skills
- Good command of English both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Excel/Power BI and Access.
- Oracle experience preferred.
