Job Description
Campaign Development & Management: • Lead and oversee marketing campaigns, ensuring clear objectives and measurable outcomes. • Define necessary campaigns by considering target demographics, channel strategies, customer journeys, and performance metrics. Product & Cross-Functional Collaboration: • Partner with the product team, offering customer insights to influence product development and identify product-market fits. • Collaborate with multiple teams (Creative, Brand, Platform, Pricing, Revenue, Supply, Data, and Product) to implement cost-saving strategies and enhance revenue margins. Performance Monitoring & Optimization: • Track conversion funnels across various access points and monitor business and marketing metrics. • Collect and evaluate data on customer acquisition, pricing effectiveness, and promotional strategies. Data Analysis & Market Research: • Conduct competition monitoring and assess threats from current and new market players. • Collect and analyze data on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify product market opportunities. • Examine acquisition data across channels and evaluate pricing and promotional strategies' effectiveness. Strategic Planning & Execution: • Support the development of a data-driven marketing strategy aimed at business growth. • Implement and continuously refine the marketing strategy to optimize ROI. Communication and Presentation: • Prepare detailed presentations for upper management, summarizing market research findings, strategic recommendations, project updates, and marketing strategy overviews. • Effectively convey market trends, industry forecasts, and project milestones to facilitate informed strategic decision- making and keep stakeholders updated
Requirements
- At least 4 years of relevant working experience. Experience in Travel or Technology Industry is a plus - Minimum bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). - Proven experience in conversion rate optimization, user journey improvement, or revenue growth roles. - Strong analytical skills with expertise in data-driven decision-making and funnel performance analysis. - Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management abilities. - Familiarity with campaign management and traffic optimisation. - Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on user experience and business outcomes. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
