Accounting Manager

• Supervising daily accounting activities, including general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Preparing and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards (TH GAAP, US GAAP).
• Developing and monitoring budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to support organizational goals and manage expenses.
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal controls, as well as coordinating and overseeing internal and external audits.
• Providing financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensuring financial accuracy and compliance with both Thai accounting standards and BOI regulations.
• Ensuring tax compliance. Making sure that the company's tax filings comply with local, provincial, and federal tax laws is another major task.
• Leading, training, and mentoring accounting staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by Top management.
• Responsible for complying with safety and environmental rules and procedures.
• Responsible for attending safety and environmental trainings.
