Manage and supervise the daily operations of the accounting department.
Prepare and review financial statements and management reports; analyze financial data to provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
Lead internal audits and recommend improvements to financial practices and internal controls.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders, including auditors and the Revenue Department.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, account reconciliations, inventory and cost accounting, and financial consolidations.
Must-Have.
Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPD required).
Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting/finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing multi-entity operations.
Solid knowledge of TFRS, Thai tax laws, and ERP systems.
Proven experience in financial reporting, cost accounting, inventory management, taxation, and consolidation.
Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure, within tight deadlines, and high expectations.
Preferred.
CPA qualification.
Background in hospitality, food & beverage, or retail industries.
Prior experience in auditing or internal control is a strong plus.
Fast learner with a proactive and positive mindset, focused on accountability and results.
