Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your organizational and communication expertise in a dynamic and collaborative field. You’ll work alongside supportive and detail-oriented teammates.
You'll play a vital role in ensuring that our Service technicians are equipped with the skills and knowledge they need to meet Alstom’s competency standards. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Training Managers, Trainers, Maintenance Planners, Depot Managers), coordinate training logistics, and maintain training records and schedules, among other responsibilities.
You’ll specifically take care of training administration and logistics, but also ensure compliance with government safety training requirements.
We’ll look to you for:

Collaborating with the Training Manager and other stakeholders to achieve successful training course enrolment

Executing all aspects of training administration and logistics
-
Submitting training reports to government sectors for safety training courses
-
Working with training vendors for procurement processes and readiness
-
Coordinating and securing training facilities
-
Tracking and updating training records and schedules
-
Ensuring all technical training materials, schedules, venues, and resources are in place for successful delivery

Supporting the issuance of training certificates
-
Promoting and supporting Quality, Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards in the workplace

Assisting with other projects as assigned by the Training Manager
