Web Adoption Strategy & Implementation:
Develop and execute strategies to increase awareness, understanding, and adoption of the web portal among target user groups.
Identify key user segments and tailor adoption initiatives to their specific needs and workflows.
Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate the web portal into existing processes and workflows.
Monitor and track web portal usage and identify areas for improvement in adoption rates.
Training Program Development & Delivery:
