Job Description
Get to Know the Team
You will be a member of the Driver operations and Community team which is one the primary tasks of managing supply over 100K across the country. We have taken care of our drivers since day one and ensure "Best in class Driver platform experience". Work here is inter-disciplinary – a combination of strategy initiative, data analyzing and operation.
Get to Know the Role
As part of the Driver Operations and Community team, you'll help shape the experience of over 100,000 drivers nationwide. Our mission is to ensure that drivers receive the best platform experience and communication is at the heart of that. You will offer a dynamic blend of strategy, data, and operations, giving you hands-on exposure to end-to-end campaign execution. You will report to Senior Manager, Driver Management and work on site in Bangkok Office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Develop short-form video content for TikTok to support driver learning and engagement
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and propose creative content ideas
- Write concise, captions and support scripting video content
- Work with designers and editors to bring content ideas to life
- Stay up to date with TikTok trends and adapt them to align with content goals
- Monitor content performance, gather insights, and suggest improvements based on data (e.g. views, engagement, watch time)
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Fresh graduates are welcome — we value potential, passion and fast leaner.
- Interest in social media, especially TikTok, with a good sense of current trends
- Creative thinking and ability to simplify information into engaging content
- Strong communication skills and confidence in expressing ideas
- Up to date with online trends and able to apply them creatively
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work well in a team
- This is paid internship program, 2 months.
