Position: Villa Butler
As a Villa Butler, you will be part of an elite team responsible for delivering impeccable and discreet service to high-profile guests staying in the resort's exclusive villas. You will ensure that all guest needs are anticipated and met with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized butler services, including check-in, in-room dining setup, unpacking/packing assistance, and concierge support.
- Coordinate with other departments (housekeeping, F&B, spa, etc.) to fulfill guest requests seamlessly.
- Maintain villa cleanliness, readiness, and ambiance to luxury standards.
- Handle guest preferences, VIP arrangements, and special occasions with utmost discretion.
- Assist with transportation arrangements, reservations, and itinerary planning when required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or luxury service roles is an advantage
- Strong communication skills in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Well-groomed, professional, and confident in dealing with VIP guests
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a warm and courteous attitude
- Willingness to work on rotating shifts and public holidays
- A team player who values discretion, service excellence, and guest satisfaction
