Responsibilities:
Strategy and Planning
Plan and manage quality and cost of service to ensure agreed standard quality is met or exceed at lower operating cost and align with direction and strategy
Business Performance and Management
- Develop and improve processes continuously to be more efficient and reduce redundant works and maintain appropriate internal control.
- Supervise and solve problems in unit in order to accomplish the work according to the objectives, standards and in a timely manner.
- Consider and verify the correctness of the proposal for approval from the authorized person of Credit Operations before submitting for approval
- Consultance and advice to subordinates and related departments.
People Management
- Effectively use Performance Management as tool to manage and improve team performance.
- Supervise and encourage subordinates to develop their knowledge and abilities, attending self-development courses according to the Bank's plans.
Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure all processes complied with related regulators (internal and external). Appropriate risk and control has been put in placed.
