Key Responsibilities:
Strategy and Planning
- Provide the feedback to develop and implement strategies for managing NPL to minimize financial loss and optimize recovery.
- To achieve targets for NPL resolution, including reduction in NPL ratios and recovery rates.
Business Performance and Management
- To manage assigned NPL accounts, including loan restructuring, collections, legal actions, foreclosure and debt sale.
- Ensure the accurate and timely reporting of NPL status and monitor SLA of Legal Monitoring team.
- To evaluate proposals by debtors and ensure correctness and accuracy of proposal papers and within the agreed SOP and guidelines prior to submission to management.
- Collaborate with other departments e.g. Legal, Compliance, Finance to ensue effective management and resolution of NPLs
- Support business to implement, change, develop, in part IT, part of operation and part of new product
- To travel to meet with clients or attend industry events or visit the assets.(if any)
People Management
- To support the Supervisor from Coaching and feedback individual or as a team to improve more efficiency productivity.
Regulatory Compliance
- To comply with collection process, procedure or any change policy or regulation of the Bank or BOT
- The routing of account suspect to fraud, high risk or customer having problem to supervisor review, resolve problem.
