All about the role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Treasury Analyst to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day cash flow, overseeing banking relationships and loan matters, Cash flow forecast , supporting regional coordination, ensuring timely collections.
What you’ll do:
- Monitor and manage daily cash position and forecast short- and long-term cash flows
- Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly cash flow reports
- Provide the Cash flow forecast for Thailand including factory
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure efficient use of working capital
- Serve as the primary liaison with banks for loan drawdowns, repayments, and facilities management
- Negotiate and renew banking facilities, including interest rates and fees
- Ensure all loan documentation and covenants are up to date and complied with
- Coordinate with regional treasury and finance share service teams to align reporting, funding, and intercompany transactions
- Support treasury-related regional initiatives and projects
- Managing foreign currency exposure and preparing the report and accounting transactions.
- Support month-end closing processes related to treasury transactions
- Liaise with the accounting team to ensure proper classification of treasury transactions
- Act as the key contact for insurance matters, coordinating with the insurance broker and internal teams, both
- Work closely with the Sales and Factory team to provide necessary information for Business Interruption (BI) coverage
- Support the process during actual claim events, ensuring timely documentation and follow-up with relevant parties
OTHERS
- Ensure timely reconciliation and compliance with corporate card policies
- Communicate with users and manage the corporate credit card program, credit limit adjustments, and monitor usage.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, including accurate calculation and timely submission
- Support as corporate secretary under the treasury activity.
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree or master’s in finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience working with in a multinational or regional organization in Treasury, Finance, or Accounting
- Strong understanding of cash management, banking operations, and loan facilities
- Solid knowledge of Thai tax regulations, particularly withholding tax
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, ERM) is a plus
- Good communication skills and ability to work across functions and regions
- High attention to detail, integrity, and a proactive problem-solving attitude
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
