Training Officer (3-Years Contract)

• Coordinate and manage documentation processes as required.
• Provide administrative and documentation support for the Training team.
• Conduct staff orientation sessions as a trainer.
• Support training operations
• Assist in the implementation and monitoring of MBO (Management by Objectives) processes.
• Perform system administration tasks assigned.
• Coordinate between the Training team and employees to ensure effective communication and coordination.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2 years’ experience in Training field.
• Proficient in computer literacy.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively in Thai and English.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Possess strong interpersonal skills, logical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude.
