Tooling Preparation Operator

To respond for operating machines in Tire Building production area to achieve production volume targeted,quality of product comforming with
standard and safety of working environment

• Be proficient operating machines in Tire Building production area
• Maintain and improve quality of Carcass and Green Tires produced by Tire Building production area
• Comply safety regulation to perform any operation
• Report to Tire Building Shift Leader
• Follow the internal ESH work instructions in the daily work
• Demonstrate exemplary personal behavior in ESH and motivate others
• Ensure immediate notification and response, and initiate preventive measures in case of unsafe or polluting hazards
• Skillfully operate machines in Tire Building in production area to have the output which meet production plan per each shift
• Arrange carrier,e.g.cassette,to handle stock of output
• Produce Carcass and Green Tires which meet the quality standard
• Understand types of defect realize to avoid making mistake which cause the defect

• Cooperate with HR and superiors to obtain any training skill development

• มีความเชี่ยวชาญในการใช้งานเครื่องจักรในพื้นที่ผลิตยาง
• รักษาและปรับปรุงคุณภาพยางที่ผลิตในพื้นที่การผลิตยางรถยนต์
• ปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบความปลอดภัยเพื่อดำเนินการใดๆ
• รายงานหัวหน้ากะฝ่ายสร้างยางรถยนต์
• ปฏิบัติตามคำแนะนำด้านอาชีวอนามัยและความปลอดภัยในการปฏิบัติงานในชีวิตประจำวัน
• แสดงให้เห็นถึงพฤติกรรมส่วนบุคคลที่เป็นแบบอย่างในด้านอาชีวอนามัยและความปลอดภัยและจูงใจผู้อื่น
• ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจถึงการแจ้งเตือน การตอบสนองเหตุอย่างทันที และเริ่มมาตรการป้องกันในกรณีที่มีความไม่ปลอดภัย มลพิษ และเหตุอันตรายต่างๆเกิดขึ้น
• ใช้เครื่องจักรอย่างชำนาญในพื้นที่การผลิตยางรถยนต์ เพื่อให้ได้ผลผลิตตรงตามแผนการผลิตต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงแต่ละครั้ง
• จัดเตรียมชิ้นส่วนในเครื่องจักรสร้างยางรถยนต์ เช่น รถใส่ชิ้นส่วน เพื่อจัดการบริหารปริมาณของชิ้นส่วน
• ผลิตยางรถยนต์ซึ่งได้มาตรฐานคุณภาพ
• เข้าใจประเภทของข้อบกพร่องและตระหนักถึงการหลีกเลี่ยงการทำผิดที่ทำให้เกิดข้อบกพร่อง
• ร่วมมือกับฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคลและผู้บังคับบัญชาเพื่อฝึกอบรมหรือพัฒนาทักษะ
• ใช้ทรัพยากรที่ได้รับอย่างคุ้มค่า

High vocational certificate with or any related field
0-2 years of experience in production and manufacturing management
0-2 years of experience in tire manufacturing or related field
