Responsibilities
As a Governance Strategy Operation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the platform adheres to regulatory requirements while driving strategic improvements. Key responsibilies include:
1. Ensure platform compliance with regulatory and platform requirements for products, content, sellers, and creators. Drive continuous improvement in platform product compliance.
2. Create, optimize, and implement policies to mitigate platform risks and collaborate with moderation and other cross-functional teams to optimize policy enforcement.
3. Monitor key performance metrics, identify gaps, use analytical data to develop insights, and propose actionable solutions.
4. Conduct market research on laws, rules and regulations to identify stakeholders needs and market gaps.
5. Support localization, GTM and deployment of global initiatives and product changes in the TH market.
