Responsibilities:
- Lead the vendor operations team to help drive primary business objectives;
- Lead generation efforts;
- Identify potential leads & path to successfully acquire and incubate creators
- Pre-screen eligible content & social creators based on pre-assigned criteria
- Source eligible creators' contact via potential online social media channels
- Creator outreach efforts;
- Conducted outreach to creator channels to motivate creators to adopt TikTok Shop affiliate model
- Ensured seamless graduation to the incubation team in order to nurture creators' growth
- Manage end-to-end acquisition and pre-incubation processes in a scalable manner
- Collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders (i.e. creator manager team) to ensure seamless creator graduation & incubation processes
- Drive operational process improvement to enable team efficiency
- Develop budget needs proposal to ensure acquisition & pre-incubation goals are met
