About the Role
In the role of Speaker equipment technician, you will have the opportunity to work within our Automotive Division. You will be responsible for Speaker production equipment maintenance, improvement, which are included whole product manufacturing process. You will work closely with cross department for problem solving and process improvement.
What You Will Do
- Support initial Speaker equipment transfer, new equipment installation and improvement.
- Equipment commission ready for line process /equipment validation run.
- Support ME to Prepare and effective implementing preventive maintenance program for all Speaker production equipment.
What You Need to Be Successful
- Education: Diploma/High Vocational in Manufacturing / Industry / Electronic / Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent.
- Experience: Five years or more experience in Automation manufacturing as Equipment Technician. Experience in manufacturing quality system, new product launch.
Bonus Points if You Have
- Be familiar with process flow, PFMEA and CP
- Be familiar with Automation equipment, PLC, Pneumatic, Robot, Glue dispensing.
- Be familiar with ISO/IATF16949 quality system and TPM system
- Good leadership, fair mind, strong sense of responsibility

- Be willing to OT arrangement and higher work loading during new project launch.
- Be willing to variant work tasks under the pressure.
- More positive to adopt the changing to meet company target.
