Job Description
- Lead the company's strategic projects from start to finish by mobilizing and coordinating the necessary resources for the successful implementation of the project, including technical aspects (network, security, infrastructure, etc.), while meeting agreed deadlines, quality standards, and budgets.
- Manage infrastructure migrations (physical or virtual), core component migrations (OS, database, middleware, etc.), and application deployments.
- Connect our experts with product teams regarding the technical and infrastructure aspects of projects (prerequisites to be integrated, etc.).
- Monitor projects through regular progress updates and, above all, streamlined communication.
- Ensure reporting on expected deadlines and raise alerts on difficulties encountered to the hierarchy
- Manage project governance (steering committees, project committees) by involving business and IT stakeholders
- Produce high-quality, concise reports that capture the intentions of those present.
- Communicate with business teams and maintain client relationships once the project is completed to define feedback (continuous improvement).
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree or higher in related field
- 5+ years of Experience in System Administrator
- Strong background and experience in Technical Project Manager
- Project management skills (Agile Method and Cycle V )
- Functional knowledge of hotel operations
- Technical and infrastructure knowledge
- Fluent English / French
- Excellent communication, leadership, ability to referee, convince and mobilize teams.
- Organization, rigor and autonomy
- Ability to provide a reasoned, concise and impactful analysis
