About the Role
We’re hiring our first dedicated Talent Acquisition Lead to build and expand the in-house hiring function. You won’t inherit a team or playbook—but you’ll create both over time. You’ll lead the entire hiring process across multiple functions and teams, working directly with hiring managers, executives, and external partners. You’ll be responsible for making sure our recruitment engine runs with clarity, speed, and a standard that reflects the quality of talent we bring into the company.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive the end-to-end hiring process for multiple roles across departments
- Partner with hiring managers to clarify role needs, timelines, and expectations
- Source candidates through creative, proactive strategies—not just LinkedIn
- Build and maintain world-class candidate experience from first touch to offer
- Coordinate interviews, debriefs, and feedback loops with internal stakeholders
- Maintain clean data and workflows in our ATS
Share hiring insights, bottlenecks, and recommendations with leadership
What We’re Looking For
4–7 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally in multi-national companies
- Strong stakeholder management—you know how to get things moving across teams
- Excellent organizational skills; you keep dozens of roles and threads running smoothly
- Creative sourcing mindset—curious, resourceful, and unafraid to try new angles
- Manners & professionalism—you're often the candidate’s first impression of Honest
High standards—you care deeply about quality, clarity, and candidate fit
Nice to Have
Experience hiring for product, engineering, or data roles
- Regional exposure across Southeast Asia
Experience using Freshteam or equivalent ATS
