In this position you will....
be playing a crucial role in managing the hiring process from beginning to end. Support the recruitment team in attracting and evaluating candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews, and overseeing hiring paperwork. And leveraging the expertise in HR best practices and innovative thinking to ensure effective talent acquisition processes.
You will be responsible for…
- Conducting employment related research and assists recruitment team with electronic and other methods of sourcing qualified candidates.
- Assisting recruitment team with customized screening and initial contact of applicants to determine qualification and interest level.
- Assisting the recruitment team with interview arrangements.
- Supports the recruitment team by following up on interview feedback and offer approvals.
- Keeping candidates engaged by sending update emails.
- Providing support coordination of recruitment projects and related services to supervisors, hiring managers, recruitment team members, and others.
- Representing and promotes organization to potential applicants by providing information, responding to questions, and collecting applicant data.
- Developing and maintains comprehensive knowledge of recruitment, employment, and other related organizational policies, practices, procedures, and/or regulations.
- Serving as resource for recruitment policies, procedures, and practices to supervisors, HR staff, and others. Refers to recruiters and other staff as appropriate.
- Handling and prioritizing multiple ranges of advanced administrative duties with wide latitude for independent judgment and initiative.
- Assists with identifying issues affecting recruitment and implementing recruitment activities to continuously improve process.

You will require the following qualifications and skills
- 1-2 years of experience as Recruiting Coordinator or similar HR role
- Eager and willing to learn the position requirements
- Outstanding communication skills with excellent English skill
- Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
- Thorough problem-solving skills
- A team player
- Committed to utilizing HR methods
- Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems
- Supports workplace diversity
