Drive the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Leverage multiple sourcing channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals, headhunting) to attract passive and active candidates.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Provide market insights, talent mapping, and salary benchmarking to hiring managers and HR leadership.
Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners when necessary.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent marketing campaigns.
Lead and manage recruitment-related projects such as new hiring processes, system implementation, DE&I initiatives, or campus recruitment programs.
Mentor and guide junior recruiters in best practices and effective sourcing strategies.
Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications & SkillsBachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, preferably in [tech/startup/fast-paced corporate] environments.
Proven track record in filling senior-level or niche positions.
Strong sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter and other search platforms.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and deliver initiatives on time..
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
Proficiency in English (and Thai, if applicable).
