Purpose of Position
- CASETiFY is recruiting a talented Senior Retail Operations Associate for our Thailand team who will report directly to the Senior Retail Operations Manager. As the ideal candidate, you will hit the ground running, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be detail-oriented. You will be able to quickly identify areas of opportunity to create procedures that increase efficiencies, scalability, and effectiveness.
- This position supports the rapid business expansion of our Thailand market by assisting with daily retail operations tasks with our business partner and the team based in the Hong Kong Headquarters.
Job Description
Visual Merchandising & Operations
- Work closely with the Global Retail and the Thailand team, plan and execute new products/Co-Labs/Artists launches at stores, including VM plan, system setup, inventory management
- Coordinate with the internal teams for new product launch arrangements in retail stores and provide pricing to the agency
Reporting
- Tracking the report of inventory
Store Maintenance
- Understand the CASETiFY system and be able to demonstrate and execute in timely manner
Retail Operations Administration
- Understand how consignment works as well as the shipment process and required documents to support the custom clearance
- Track shipment logistics and transportation, ensuring delivery
- Inventory management eg. stocktake and cycle counts
- Provide required documents for Thailand Custom clearance promptly
- Support communication between the Thailand retail team and the Hong Kong production team to meet supply and demand at the proper timeline
- Support in-store events/activations
- Assist the Retail Manager in executing ad-hoc projects and related administrative work
- Basic data analysis from sales report
Requirement
- 3+ years of relevant experience in a fast-paced international environment, ideally in the fashion, lifestyle, or luxury retail industry
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workplace
- Knowledge of social media and digital marketing tools
- Fluency in Thai and English with excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented as “Retails = Detail”
- Comfortable to work in an international environment
- A self-starter who can work under pressure, quickly adapt, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Open-minded and able to handle multiple high-priority projects in a demanding environment
- Passionate about design, fashion, music, and lifestyle brands and be part of a growing team
