Position: Senior Product Manager (Acute Therapy)

Product: Acute Therapy (CRRT)
Job Scope: The Senior Product Manager for will be responsible for leading the commercial strategy and execution for the Acute, CRRT Portfolio in Thailand. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and medical affairs, to drive business growth, market share, and customer satisfaction.
Job Descriptions:
Lead marketing strategy and execution for the assigned portfolio, collaborating with sales and clinical teams to ensure operational efficiencies and alignment
Coordinate with global/regional/local stakeholders to launch new products/services and expand access for key products
Collect customer insights and competitive intelligence across the full therapy offering to ensure team is able to deliver value added services with high satisfaction
Develop new business opportunities, capturing new segments, increasing market share and expanding overall CRRT adoption
Manage and control the allocated marketing budget ensuring that promotional expenses are within agreed limit and spent effectively
To provide appropriate sales forecasts of products under responsibility to the logistic function on the routine basis ensuring effective inventory control
Work with internal cross functional teams, government affairs, communications, medical, supply chain, regulatory to drive overall alignment to achieve brand goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Med Tech, Pharmacy, Nursing, Life Science etc.), Masters degree preferred
At least 5 years of experience in Product Management or Marketing for Healthcare Business.
Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
Proven track record of driving business growth, launching new products, and managing cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of the customer, market dynamics, and requirements.
Available to work in the upcountry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Energetic and able to work independently.
Good communication, positive attitude, strong interpersonal, negotiation, selling, and presentation skills.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Own transportation and driver's license.
