WiseDrive is a tech-enabled vehicle inspection and warranty provider transforming the used car ecosystem across Southeast Asia. As we expand into Thailand, we’re looking for a strong operator to drive both ground execution and strategic growth.
Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on Senior Operations Manager to lead our Thailand rollout. You’ll oversee inspection operations, manage partner relationships, and help launch new services like warranties and B2C inspections. This role requires a mix of automotive expertise, operations leadership, and commercial hustle.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management
- Lead and scale day-to-day inspection operations .
- Localize and roll out WiseDrive’s AI inspection app with partner teams.
- Ensure consistent service quality, report accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Partner & Client Engagement
- Manage relationships with key partners
- Train and onboard third-party inspection staff and service teams.
- Support pilot execution and ensure client satisfaction.
Commercial & Sales Support
- Collaborate with business development on pricing and rollout plans.
- Support sales conversations with car dealers, auction houses, and financiers.
- Help structure warranty offerings and upsell aftersales services.
Team & People Management
- Hire and lead a local operations team (inspectors, support staff, etc.).
- Act as the main local point of contact for WiseDrive leadership.
- Oversee reporting, compliance, and local coordination.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in the automotive industry, with a strong background in partner relationship management.
- At least 12 years of proven success in automotive sales, with a deep understanding of the local market.
- In-depth knowledge of Thai customer buying behavior, particularly related to insurance and vehicle warranty products.
- Bilingual: Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English (spoken and written).
- Strong B2B experience working with dealerships, auctions, and financial institutions (e.g., banks, leasing companies).
- Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with experience leading and building teams.
- Previous experience in a startup or high-growth environment is a strong advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical understanding of car would be plus
- Network within the used car ecosystem in Thailand.
Strong sales or partner management background.

Pay: ฿30,000.00 - ฿35,000.00 per month
