Role Overview
We are looking for a bilingual Senior Customer Success & Onboarding Manager to drive activation, adoption, and account growth across our SMB and mid-market client segments, with a special focus on Spanish-speaking markets. You will act as the primary onboarding lead for large accounts (350+ MRR) and own the post-sales success journey for a portfolio of smaller accounts, ensuring feature adoption, uncovering upsell opportunities, and maintaining high retention.
This hybrid role blends operational ownership of client onboarding (data migration, feature setup, project tracking) with proactive Customer Success strategy for smaller accounts, allowing us to scale efficiently while delivering white-glove service.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Onboarding & Activation (350+ MRR)
Execute and manage onboarding workflows from kickoff through launch.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure delivery of training sessions, data migration, feature setup, and technical configuration.
Track onboarding progress, proactively flag bottlenecks, and escalate product or support issues as needed.
Document and share client-specific onboarding plans and milestones in HubSpot.
Ensure all onboarding checklists and milestone deliverables are completed within 90 days.
Customer Success & Expansion (SMB/Mid-Market Accounts)
Own a book of accounts under 350 MRR, driving product adoption and usage across core features.
Identify power users and high-potential accounts for expansion or upgrade.
Proactively manage renewals and reduce churn risk by acting on engagement signals.
Educate clients on new features and best practices through check-ins, webinars, and content.
Log and track all customer feedback, blockers, and feature requests in HelloNext and HubSpot.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as the point of contact between Customer Success, Product, and Support during onboarding.
Consolidate and present account health insights to management, including red flags and opportunities.
Collaborate with Product to prioritize and scope feature requests from onboarding and success conversations.
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Onboarding in a B2B SaaS environment.
Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal) mandatory.
Experience managing both enterprise-level onboarding and long-term SMB customer relationships.
Comfortable coordinating cross-functional projects, including training, technical setup, and stakeholder communication.
Strong familiarity with CRM (HubSpot), support tools (Intercom), and data migration or implementation tools.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple accounts and deadlines.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret usage data and customer signals to drive action.
Bonus Points
Experience with HR Tech, ATS, or recruitment SaaS products.
Familiarity with HelloNext or similar feature request platforms.
Previous success managing both high-touch and low-touch accounts simultaneously.
