Senior Business Partner FP&A – Asia
Your Role in Our Team
As Senior FP&A Business Partner – Asia, you will be a strategic sparring partner to regional leadership, turning financial data into insight, and insight into action. You’ll work directly with the Head of Corporate Functions, Asia, supporting Körber Pharma’s PAS-X software and machine reselling business across multiple entities.
This role goes far beyond reporting past performance. You will shape forward-looking plans, challenge the status quo, and guide financial decisions that drive profitability and growth. You will operate in a fast-paced, matrixed environment—balancing commercial complexity, cross-country finance operations, and high-level leadership exposure.
If you thrive on solving business problems through data, see patterns others miss, and want your work to influence regional strategy—this role is for you.
Your Responsibilities
- Own the Forecasting & Planning Cycle – Lead regional budgeting, rolling forecasts, and scenario planning, ensuring alignment with Körber Pharma’s strategic and financial goals.
- Drive Strategic Insight – Identify key trends, risks, and opportunities in product mix, pricing, cost structures, and market performance to influence decision-making.
- Translate Complexity into Clarity – Develop executive-ready dashboards, KPIs, and analysis to distill financial information for non-financial stakeholders.
- Business Partnering Across Borders – Work closely with entity controllers, project leads, and functional heads across India, Thailand, China, and Singapore, while aligning with global finance teams in Germany.
- Improve Planning Infrastructure – Streamline forecast models, implement reporting automation, and support integration with SAP S/4HANA and Power BI.
- Challenge & Enable – Bring a challenger mindset. Question assumptions, pressure-test business cases, and support management with financial discipline and confidence.
What You Bring
- 4+ years of FP&A or business finance experience, ideally in B2B software, tech, or capital equipment.
- Proven track record in regional or multi-entity environments, with strong financial consolidation and variance analysis skills.
- Advanced modeling and dashboarding proficiency (Excel, Power BI, SAP).
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to link financial drivers to operational outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills and executive presence; able to influence without authority.
- Proactive, structured, and comfortable working across functions and cultures.
- Fluency in English, other language is a plus.
