Job Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce planning and hiring needs for specialized roles.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, from job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent for both immediate and future needs.
- Collaborate with employer branding teams to strengthen visibility and attractiveness in the data center and tech market.
- Analyze recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, etc.) and recommend improvements.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on people-related matters including team structure, performance, engagement, and retention.
- Partner with line managers to implement and drive the annual performance review cycle.
- Identify training and development needs, and coordinate with L&D to deliver effective programs for upskilling.
- Lead or support initiatives in employee engagement, well-being, and organizational culture.
- Ensure HR policies and practices are compliant with labor laws and internal regulations.
- Support change management processes during rapid business growth or transformation.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Political Science, Sociology, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a Talent Acquisition or HRBP role.
- Experience supporting tech or data center business is highly preferred.
- Maturity and adaptability to changes and well-organized.
- High responsibility with strong problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and HR best practices.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to support decisions.
- Agile, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEIC score).
