Job Title: Senior Brand Manager – Dove, Vaseline & PC dCom Lead
Location: Thailand
Job Purpose
As a Senior Brand Manager – Dove, Vaseline & PC dCom Lead, the person is responsible for holding 2 beauty skin cleansing brands and be the champion for dCom demand creation in Personal Care Thailand.
Dove is the fastest growing brand in Personal Care Thailand with an exciting portfolio in body scrubs & bodywash; while Vaseline is a local-led brand with exciting ranges in bodywash format.
dCom has been such a growing channel and demand creation is critical enablers to help capturing growth in the channel. As a PC dCom champion, this person will also lead & coordinate with other Brand Managers/Assistant Brand Managers to step up our demand creation in dCom.
Main Responsibilities:
E2E Brand Management for Dove & Vaseline
- Manage and monitor business performance of beauty skin cleansing brands (Dove & Vaseline) end to end P&L, brand health, consumer and retail data analysis
- Lead overall brand campaigns and innovations in drive business growth
- Lead external agencies in creating new campaigns and activations and deployment mixes and campaigns
- Brand plan & A&P budget management
- Lead on-going analysis and review of consumer, category, channel/customer and competitive information as part of a situation assessment on brand performance and identify growth opportunity.
- Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process from activity and demand planning to sales monitoring and analysis
- Responsible for launch and network management (innovation, relaunch product, market development and saving project), building launch plans, customer sell-in and legal & regulatory issues and managing brand budget.
- Builds productive working relationship with cross functionals: sales team, trade marketing team, CMI, BG team, finance, and supply chain to manage brand’s day to day operations, and external partners and agencies.
dCom Marketing Personal Care Champion
- Lead and co-work with other Brand Managers to ensure strong contents creation, media plan & activation in dCom channel that focus on premiumization & market development portfolios.
- Co-work with cross functions to build up livestreaming & affiliate model across platforms for Personal Care categories.
Candidate Criteria
Experience & Qualification & Skill
- Bachelor degree in job related field.
- 3-5+ years of relevant working experience in customer-facing, analytical or brand-building jobs.
- Experience in beauty & personal care industry/company/channel is a plus.
- Good in presentation and negotiation.
- Proven people management capabilities.
