WHAT YOU WILL DO
Brand Management
- Lead the planning and execution of consumer and trade marketing initiatives to strengthen brand presence and performance.
- Monitor brand and campaign KPIs, analyze performance, and recommend strategies to drive sales and market share.
- Collaborate with Group Marketing for strategic alignment and with distributors to ensure optimized trade programs and brand consistency.
- Coordinate with the shipment team for accurate forecasting and timely delivery.
Communication
- Work closely with local agencies to develop or adapt global content that enhances brand equity and drives consumer engagement.
- Lead media planning efforts with agencies to ensure strategic and efficient investment.
- Manage and own the media budget, ensuring optimal allocation and ROI.
New Product Development
- Identify opportunities for new products, packaging, and flavors by reviewing PVM’s global portfolio and market trends.
- Coordinate with Corporate, Regional Marketing, R&D, and distributors to develop and launch new products, including packaging.
- Lead NPD discussions in key meetings and oversee the execution of launch-related marketing and trade activities.
Consumer & Business Analysis
- Monitor consumer trends and competitor activities to uncover insights and inform strategic planning.
- Collaborate with distributors to assess competitor trade programs and their impact on PVM brands.
Commercial
- Guide and evaluate distributor trade investments to ensure efficiency and maximize ROI.
- Lead the development and execution of brand pack-price strategies to drive revenue and profitability.
OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE
- Minimum 5 years of brand management experience, preferably in FMCG or confectionery, with a strong track record in strategy, product launches, and trade marketing.
- Skilled in analyzing market trends, managing cross-functional projects, and collaborating with agencies and distributors.
